You can't renew your passport and visa through the consulate of indonesia in HK, you must do this at Indonesia embassy in Beijing because Shenzhen is under the consular jurisdiction of Indonesia embassy in Beijing.

Mr.Dale replied:
You have to renew your passport from the Indonesia Embassy in Beijing or from the Consulate General of Indonesia in Guangzhou. As for the details, please contact them through the contacts on this page above.
After you get the new passport, you can apply for a new visa from the Public Security Bureau (PSM) Exit and Entry Administration office for the municipality where you will be 'resident'.

Mrs.Daisy replied:
there isn't any Indonesia embassy or consulate in Shanghai, so you have to renew your passport from the Indonesian embassy in Beijing or from the Consulate-general of Indonesia in Guangzhou.
As for the processin gtime, you have to contact the emabssy or consdulate for exact answer.
