Dear Ambassador, I am a New Zealand doctor, living in Chengdu for just 3 months to learn about health service initiatives here. My wife and I hope to travel to Mongolia at the start of August for one week. We did not arrange for a visa before we left NZ as we did not know our plans. Do we have to travel to Beijing in order to obtain a visa for Mongolia? Is there another way to obtain a visa? Otherwise it is too far for us to travel from here to Beijing and then on to Mogolia. Thank you for your consideration. My email address for reply is quix@paradise.net.nz.

Dear Ambassador,
I am a British national. I have a business meeting in the capital Ulaanbaatar. As I am based in Beijing can I obtain a visa from the Mongolian Embassy here?
Also can you give me an English weblink version so that I can view the prices for the cost of a temporary visa, as well as the time taken (from the Beijing embassy) to get a visa?
Regards
Mr Fisher

Mr.Alston(China) replied:
You can apply for the Mongolian visa in the Mongolian Embassy in Beijing. There is no English version of the website. For the required documents, make an enquiry to the embassy.

Dear Ambassdor of Mongolia,
Atten. Visa Office
I am going to visit Mongolia next September via Trans Mongolian train, departure in Beijing, and I will need to obtain visa previously in Beijing (because in my country, Argentina, it isn't an embassy or consulate).
Please, I need to know what things I will need to have, the adress of the visa office in Beijing, how much time requires and the cost of the operation.
Thank you very much. Looking for your answer.

Dear Ambassdor of Mongolia,

I would like to visit Ulanbatra, Mongolia in the first week of May(May 1st-5th. I have a Korean passport and am now in Yanji,China with a job visa, working at Yanji univeirsity.
I have heard that if I want to get the visa to Mongolia, it may take one week to be processed in all.
for me it is not esay to go to Bejing through all the way one week, because I have to keep my current classes.
I wonder if there is any way to apply for a visa to Mongolia in writing, instead of not directly visiting to Monglian Ebassy for getting my visa.
Could you let me know any possibility of apply for visa to Mongolia in writing (by post mail or other way)?
Could you reply it to me by e-mail: kimlish@hanmail.net
Thank you very much
In anticipation,
Lisa Kim
