Zhenbei Tower in Yulin City

Take train N375/N378 2200/+0958 form Xi'an to Yulin. The overnight soft sleeper train ticket costs CNY254.00 net per person. Arrive at Yulin in the next morning. Take a taxi to a local hotel, Yinhe Hotel (3 stars, Address: the middle section of Changcheng Road; Telephone no.: 0912-3239000) which is located in the downtown area. After a brief rest in the hotel, take a taxi to visit Hongshi Gorge (Admission fee: CNY20.00 net per person) and Zhenbei Tower (Admission fee: CNY20.00 net per person), which is 5 kilometers north of the city. Hongshi Gorge is regarded as the "Stele Forest in Frontier" and "Calligraphy Gallery" since it houses more than 200 pieces of stone inscriptions and carved caves. Take a coach from Yulin to Jiaxia County, which lies in the western bank of the middle section of the Yellow River. The buses run every 20 minutes from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Upon arrival in Jiaxia, take a minicar (Ticket fee: CNY2.00 net per person) to Baiyunshan Mountain Scenic Spot (Admission fee: CNY42.00 net per person) which is 5 kilometers from the county. Baiyunshan, literally White Cloud Mountain, is a key cultural relic protection unit at a state level. It attracts people from all over the world to see its amazing landscape and distinguished architecture.

After finishing the pleasant tour, take train N377N376 1752/+0636 from Yulin to Xi'an. Last but not least, the best time to visit Yuling is from June to September.
