Great Mosque

The beautiful mosque is near the Drum Tower in Haujuexiang. It is surrounded by the old houses and narrow lanes of the Muslim district. The mosque occ upies a rectangle which measures 250 meters by 47 meters and is divided into four courtyards. The walls of the courtyards are carved with decorative brick re liefs and the buildings are roofed with beautiful turq uoise tiles.
