Jade Buddha Temple Photos
There is a venerable and famous Jade Buddha Temple in the western part of Shanghai. A temple was built in 1882 to house two jade Buddha statues, brought back from Burma by a monk named Huigen. Unfortunately, the temple was destroyed during the revolution. However, the statues were saved and a new temple was built on the present site in 1928. Attraction Intro: Jade Buddha Temple
