Day 01: Arrival in Beijing
Our guide will pick you up at Beijing airport and transfer to the hotel. The rest of the day is on your own to explore the city.

Day 02: Beijing
Visit the Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City and the Temple of Heaven. The Beijing Duck Dinner is served at a famous restaurant followed by a lively Peking Opera performance at the Liyuan Theatre. (B+L+D)

Day 03: Beijing
Visit the Badaling Great Wall. To avoid having lunch at shopping site restaurants, you will be driven to have Sichuan food at a local popular restaurant. Visit the Ming Tomb and the Summer Palace in the afternoon. The a la carte dinner is served at a famous Cantonese cuisine restaurant in the Wangfujing area. (B+L+D)

Day 04: Beijing - Lhasa
Take a morning flight to Lhasa where the altitude is 3,650 meters above sea level. Transfer to the finest hotel in Lhasaand acclimatize yourself to the high altitude in the afternoon. The a la carte dinner will be arranged for you at a local best Sichuan cuisine restaurant.  (B+D)

Day 05: Lhasa
Visit the magnificent Potala Palace. After a western-style lunch, visit the Sera Monastery, the Norbulingka Park and a Tibetan family. Dinner is served at your hotel. (B+L+D)

Day 06: Lhasa
Visit the Jokhang Temple and the thriving bazaar of the Barkhor Street. After having a western-style lunch, go ahead to visit the Tibet Museum, the Tibetan Traditional Medicine Hospital and the Carpet Factory. Dinner is served at your hotel. (B+L+D)

Day 07: Lhasa - Xian
Take a flight to Xian. Visit the City Wall and transfer to the hotel. A sumptuous buffet dinner will be served for you at the hotel this evening.(B+L+D)

Day 08: Xian
Visit the Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum. To avoid having the poor food at the site, you will take highway back to downtown to have lunch at a well-known Cantonese cuisine restaurant. In the afternoon, visit the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. This evening you will be entertained with the marvelous Tang Dynasty Dinner Show in Tang Dynasty Palace. (Add: No.75, Chang'an Road, Xian) (B+L+D)

Day 09: Xian
Visit the Provincial History Museum . The a la carte lunch is served at a local famous restaurant. Visit the Great Mosque and a local family. (B+L)

Spectacular Li River cruise tour, Guilin

Day 10: Xian - Guilin 
Visit the Hanyangling Museum, the Mausoleum of Western Han Emperor Liu Qi on the way to the airport. After lunch, take a flight to Guilin and transfer to the hotel. Enjoy Ethnic Songs and Dances at Lijiang Theatre after dinner. (B+L+D)

Day 11: Guilin - Yangshuo
Enduring memories are created today as you cruise down the Li River to Yangshuo. Transfer to the hotel. A short bicycle trip to the countryside will then be arranged. You will visit a local villager's home to experience the farmer's lifestyle there. Alternatively, you can take our electric car instead of taking bicycles. (Tips: Since the lunch on the Li River cruise can not meet your expectation, TCG suggests that you have enough breakfast at the hotel today.) (B+L)

Day 12: Yangshuo
We intend to leave the day free. You can find a tiny and enigmatic world with the breathtaking scenery and have a pot of tea in a sidewalk cafe feeling totally relaxed. You can rent a bicycle to visit the Moon Hill and the Big Banian Tree. (For the suggest Yangshuo cycling tour, please click.) (B)

Three Gorges, Yangtze River cruise

Day 13: Yangshuo - Guilin - Chongqing
Transfer back to Guilin. Visit the Reed Flute Cave, the Seven Star Park and the Elephant Trunk Hill. Take a flight to Chongqing. After having a rich buffet dinner at 4-star hotel Holiday Inn Yangtze, check in at the deluxe German-made cruise ship to stay overnight. (B+L+D)

Day 14: Chongqing - Fengdu
At 08:00 am your memorable Yangtze River tour begins. In the afternoon visit the Ghost City of Fengdu. (B+L+D) 


Day 15: Badong - Xiling Gorge - Sandouping

Visit Badong and take a small junk to enjoy the marvelous spectacles of the nature in the Shennong Stream. Continue sailing into the western section of Xiling Gorge. Pass the five-step ship lock. (B+L+D) 


Day 16: Sandouping
Visit the site of Three Gorges Dam Project. (B+L+D)


Day 17: Wuhan - Shanghai
At 12:00 arrive in Wuhan. Visit Hubei Provincial Museum. After having lunch at a local famous restaurant, take a flight to Shanghai and transfer to the hotel. (B+L)

Shanghai Bund

Day 18: Shanghai
Visit the Shanghai Museum and the Yuyuan Garden. After lunch, take a cruise tour on the Huangpu River. The farewell dinner is served at Central Hotel, whose restaurant Wang Bao He has a history of around 260 years and is the best place to serve Shanghai Cuisine. The memorable dinner will be followed by the Portman Acrobatic Show at the Shanghai Centre Theatre. (B+L+D)
