Shenzhen is more convenient. There is bus service between Shenzhen and Macau at Shenzhen Bao'an Int'l Airport Arrials Hall A and B. Or you can take ferry at Fuyong Ferry Terminal, which is 5 minutes walk from Shenzhen airport.
