Hutong Tours

Hutong is a unique form of community that exists only in China. If you are fed up with high buildings and wide streets, enter Beijing's hutongs then. Here, you will find "Hutong Culture" and "Courtyard Culture". "Hutong" literally means a small street or a lane between two courtyards. There are thousands of hutongs in Beijing City. Most of them were built in the Yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties (1271-1911).
