As I know, there is no direct flight from Macau to Zhengzhou currently. So, you may consider take a ferry from Macau to Hong Kong firstly and then fly to Zhengzhou by CZ3028 of the China Southern Airlines.
Alternatively, you could fly to Beijing from Macau firstly and then transfer to Zhengzhou by air.

The real-time flight info could be searched at https://www.travelchinaguide.com/china-flights/
