My husband & I will be travelling to China in mid Oct. He will be on business but I would like to see Xian while he is working. I am interested in the Terra Cotta Warrior & Horse Museum, other museums, shopping, local walking and quiet night environment. Since I am travelling single, which would be the best hotel for me.

This hotel is very well located at the very downtown center. Its good location is incomparable. It's about RMB250-300.00Yuan per standard room per night. I heard the hotel has been refitted recently. Hope my reply is not too late for you.

Generally speaking one suite is composed of a bedroom and a living room, which can accommodate two persons. You may consider the interconnected room for 4 persons. That is to say, two rooms are inter-connected to each other.

The Grand New World Hotel (4 star) is only 1.5km from the city center. Although the City Hotel (3 star) is better located, the facilities are dated.
