 A two-day visit in Zhangjiajie generally costs 600-700 per person. Living in ordinary hotels near attractions, the cost for a double room one night is about CNY 60-100, while in the peak season from March to November, the price will increase to over CNY 200. In public holidays such as May 1st to 3rd and October 1st to 7th, May Day and Chinese National Day, you need to book the hotel two weeks ahead of time. Having a meal in downtown usually costs CNY 30-50 per person. In the scenic areas, the cost will be CNY 50-100 on general.
