Jinan Railway Station and Jinan East Railway Station both has a lot of trains a day to Dezhou, including bullet trains. It takes only one hour to Dezhou. Jinan Long distance Bus Terminal at 131, Jiluo Road, 2 km northwest of Jinan Railway station.
Dezhou has KFC in Hubin Dadao. Yes, you can find muslim restaurants in Decheng district, the city center, but not many.

Ms.Yuan(China) replied:
So easy. Just take a train from Dezhou Railway Station to Taishan Railway Station (in Tai’an City). There are 20 trains from Dezhou to Taishan within a day. Among those, D198 and D33 are bullet trains. By bullet train, it takes about one hour and a half to get to Taishan. By other trains, it takes about 2 hours and a half. After you arrive at Taishan Railway Station, there are buses to take you to get to the Mt. Taishan.
