What to Buy
Tai'an has a well-developed agricultural sector, and so it is recommended thatyou sample some of the areas fresh produce when out around the city's shops.If you do wish to buy something, the Feicheng peach, Taishan chestnut and Ningyang date are all highly-recommended. Other types of food the city is famous for includes: Taishan ginseng; Taishan walnut; Taishan hawthorn; Red-star apple; and Chilin-yu (red phosphorus fish).

Caiyuan Street
Caiyuan Street is an old commercial street in Tai'an and contains a large number of shops. Sihai Shopping Mall is just located on this street and can be reached via bus routes 3, 8 and 12.

Inzone Shopping Mall
Covers an area of 20,000 square meters and offers a large variety of outlets. The mall also provides other services such as an ATM, a post office, a KFC and beauty salon.
