Location: Ningbo Lishe International Airport is situated 11 kilometers (6.8 miles) southwest of Ningbo City.
Brief intro: Ningbo Lishe International Airport was opened in 1992, and was renovated and expanded in 2002. Now, it has a newly built terminal building, which can handle a throughput of 1700 person-times at the peak hour, and 3,800,000 person-times for one year. The 297,000 square meters (355,209 square yards) green landscaped terminal provide a pleasant environment for passengers.
Ningbo Lishe International Airport has opened up routes to most of the major cities in China; like Hong Kong and Macau, as well as Beijing, Shanghai, Xian, and Lanzhou. The Airport also provides regular international flights to Seoul, South Korea.
Facilities
Waiting Hall: The waiting hall covers an area of 43,500 square meters (52025.5 square yards) and consists of three stories. The underground level is for parking, whilst the first floor contains the Arrival's Hall, and the second floor is for Departures.
The Waiting Hall provides many conveniences, including: shopping area, cafes and restaurants are available here. The shopping area covers an area of 800 square meters (957 square yards) and the restaurants and bars cover an additional 1500 square meters (1794 square yards).
Apron: The apron totals 870,000 square meters (1,040,511 square yards) complete with 16 parking stand.
Underground Garage: Lying in the underground level of Waiting Hall, the 13,300 square meters (15,907 square yards) underground garage (Car Park) accommodates more than 360 cars with associated charges due according to the parking time.
Dining: There are cafes with elegant surroundings in the Arrival Hall and Departure Hall's. In the Waiting Hall there is a Chinese Restaurant and Western Restaurant where various foods are available.
Banks: In the Arrival Hall and Departure Lounge, ATMs of Commercial Bank, Ever Bright Bank and Bank of China offer safe and convenient currency transactions.

Going to Luqiao by taxi?! Over two hours' journey?! Maybe not easy to find taxi driver who would like to go there, or you have to pay more. Generally, 400RMB to cover the journey. They may ask more.

I think there is no bus running between mainland China and Taipei currently. So, you may try to find a reasonable flight ticket. Maybe leave from Shanghai?

Suzhou both south and north bus station has buses to Ningbo (3.5-4 hours). Get off the bus, take a taxi to CAAC ticket office in 91, Xingning ROad to catch the airport bus to the airport.

As I know, citizens from 30 countries can enter Taiwan without a visa. UK is one of them. So, if you have UK passport, you can just go to Taipei without thinking of the visa. If you go to Taiwan after August 31, you can take the newly opened flight route from Ningbo. If going before that, you can get to Hangzhou or Shanghai Pudong, where operate flights to Taiwan.

The flight take two hours and twenty minutes.
Ningbo to yiwu: about 2 hours by express bus
Yiwu to Guangzhou: 15 hours (no fast train, suggest take plane)

You will miss the shuttle bus from the airport to Cixi bus station. So, you can take airport bus to the ticket office of CAAC at the city center, transfer to Bus 11 to the north bus station to find buses to Cixi. Or you can take taxi to the bus station directly from the airport (about 35rmb). The south bus station seems also have buses to Cixi.
