Day 01: Arrival in Lanzhou
Upon arrival, check in at a local hotel and have a short rest. Cycle through the city for exploration or ride to visit the Waterwheel Garden.

Day 02: Lanzhou - Zhongpu
Cycle uphill southeast about 37km to Qidaoliang along Ganchuan Road. Then cycle to Zhongpu and stay overnight there.

Day 03: Zhongpu - Linxia
Cycle south along No. 212 national road to Kangjiaya and then southwest along a provincial road to Guanghe County and Hezheng County. En route, view many Muslim style buildings. Then continue your riding along No. 213 national road to Linxia.

Day 04: Linxia - Xiahe
Cycle southeast along No. 213 national road to Wangatan Village and enjoy the beautiful scenery of Big Xia River. Then cycle over 35km east to Xiahe.

Day 05: Xiahe - Luqu
In the morning, visit Labrang Monastery, one of the six largest Tibetan monastic institutes. Then cycle to Amuquhu Village through Sangke Grassland along a poor path. Move on along No. 213 national road to Luqu.

Day 06: Luqu - Gahai Village - Maqu
Cycle to Gahai Village along a rugged blacktop. then cycle southwest to Maqu via Gahai Nature Reserve and Xiqing Mountain. En route, enjoy beautiful scenery.

Day 07: Maqu - Langmu Monastery
Cycle east along a path with sand and stone. View boundless Chuanxibei Grassland and Gahai Nature Reserve. Then continue your cycling north to Langmu Monastery for a visit.

Day 08: Langmu Monastery - Zoige
Cycle along a bumpy road with ascents and descents to Xiao Erlang Mountain. Then cycle to Zoige along an abrupt road.

Day 09: Zoige - 5 Road Maintenance Squad
Cycle to 5 Road Maintenance Squad along a desolate way. Stay overnight there.

Day 10: 5 Road Maintenance Squad - Songpan County
Cycle downhill along dirt road and then a blacktop to Songpan County. Enjoy the beautiful sceneries along the road.

Day 11: Songpan County - Taiping
Cycle downhill to Taiping. Visit Qiang Village and enjoy local people's performance. Stay overnight there.

Day 12: Taiping - Maoxian
Cycle downhill to Maoxian, the biggest county that Qiang people live in.  Visit Qiang People Museum.

Day 13: Maoxian - Dujiangyan
Cycle downhill to Dujiangyan via Diexi Haizi Mountain Pass and Wenchuan. Visit Dujiangyan Irrigation Project of China.

Day 14: Dujiangyan - Chengdu
Cycle to Chengdu along a flat road. Upon arrival, check in a local hotel and have a good rest.

Day 15: Chengdu / Exit
Visit the Wenshu Buddhist Monastery, the River Viewing Pavilion Park and have some tea at People's Park to experience the local people's leisure time. End your bicycle tour here.
