Day 1 Arrival in Colombo - Negombo
Welcome to Sri Lanka! Our representative will meet you at the Bandaranaik Airport (CMB). And then the driver guide will escort you to the hotel in Negombo. In the afternoon, you can have a rest in the hotel. And in the evening, follow the driver guide to explore the city.

Day 2 Negombo - Dambulla
After breakfast, today's Sri Lanka safari tours will begin with Dambulla. On the way there, we will pay a visit to the Elephant Orphanage in Pinnawala, one of the only two elephant orphanages in the world. The orphanage offers shelter for the young elephants getting injured or lost. They are taken good care of and enjoy a leisure life. Some even multiply and are ready to spend the rest of their lives here. The number of the adopted elephants has increased from seven to almost one hundred. Afterwards, we will take the car for about 3 hours to Dambulla to tour Golden Cave Temple. It is a Buddhist temple built in 1st century and also the holy land of the country. Finally, check in the local hotel.

Day 3 Dambulla - Sigiriya - Polonnaruwa - Dambulla
In the morning, we will drive 30 minutes to Sigiriya to explore the Lion Rock. This is a true air palace built on a giant orange rock. It combines the natural wonder and the artificial wonder. The rock is renowned as the eighth wonder of the world and listed as one of the world-class precious relics protected by UNESCO. Then take the car for about 1 hour to the second capital Polonnaruwa located in the northeast of the country. In 933, it became the capital of Sri Lanka. After that, return to Dambulla. On the way back, watch an exciting Elephant back safari in Habarana.

Day 4 Dambulla - Kandy
Today, we will get to Kandy by 3 hours' drive. In midway, we are going to stop over at Matale to visit a spice garden. Because of the abundant sunlight, quite warm climate and suitable location and natural conditions, the garden plants various spices, including those used in daily cooking and for health care. After reaching Kandy, enjoy a tour to Temple of the Tooth Relic. It is a well-known Buddhist temple located by Kandy Lake, also called Dalada Maligawa. First built in 1595, it is famous for the tooth relic of Sakyamuni, which is the national treasure of Sri Lanka. Then we will transfer you to check in the hotel. At about 17:50, a culture dance show will be performed, including a devout Fire Walking.

Day 5 Kandy - Nuwara Eliya
After breakfast, we will drive to Nuwara Eliya. In midway, the driver guide will lead you to a tea factory where you can learn about the whole production process of the well-known Ceylon Tea. Sri Lanka is the world's fourth largest tea producer. And tea industry is one of the main sources of the country's foreign exchange. The humidity, cool temperature and rainfall of middle highland in the country provide advantages for production of high-quality tea. Upon arrival in Nuwara Eliya, check in the hotel.

Day 6 Nuwara Eliya
Today, experience a Sri Lanka safari tours in Horton Plains National Park. It is the paradise for hikers, since the plateau is 2,300 meters (7,546 feet) high with varied terrains. There are also various kinds of plants and 24 kinds of mammals. The World's End and Baker's Falls are the most famous scenic spots there.

In the afternoon, we will return to the hotel for a rest. In the evening, proceed to tour Hakgala Botanical Garden which is famous for rose, ferns and medicinal plants.

Day 7 Nuwara Eliya - Tissamaharama
Tissamaharama is our destination today. We will drive 4 - 5 hours to get there. When passing by Ella, you can appreciate the scenery of Hill Country in Ella Gap. After arriving at Tissamaharama and checking in the hotel, we will enjoy a jeep safari in Yala National Park. This park is the second largest and the most welcomed national park in Sri Lanka and also the only virgin wild jungle park in Asia. It is known to the world because of the varieties of wild animals. Tourists are allowed in only by jeep and feed animals is absolutely banned.

Day 8 Tissamaharama - Galle
After breakfast, we will pay a visit to the Dutch Fort, a world cultural heritage site in Galle City. This is the oldest landmark in this southern city. The travel time from Tissamaharama to Galle is about 4 hours. Stay overnight in Galle.

Day 9 Galle - Colombo
Today, we will drive back to Colombo. In midway, we will stop over to visit the Turtle Hatchery in Kosgoda and the Mask Museum in Ambalangoda. At the Hatchery, you will get to know the birth, growth and adulthood of sea turtles and have the chance to have a close contact with the cute marine animal. On arrival, check in the hotel.
