Music Tour of Austria

Welcome to Austria! After you arriving at Vienna airport, our driver will welcome you at the airport and transfer you to the hotel. You are free for the rest of the day after check-in.

Our music tour will start from Theater an der Wien. The guide will escort you to visit the old residence of several great men like Haydn's Wohnhaus, Mozart's Figarohaus, Johann Strauss's Wohning and Beethoven's Pasqualati. Following the foot of these great musicians, you may imagine how the great music and shows were created. Tonight the guide will lead you to enjoy a stunning performance in the State Opera House.

After breakfast, the guide will escort you to the Imperial Palace Chapel to listen to the Vienna Boys Choir singing the mass. Leaving Chapel, we are going to explore a luxurious Vienna art museum, the Kunsthistorisches Museum. The collections here have several thousand years' history. Visit the museum building itself will be an artistic enjoyment. Then we are going to visit Hofburg Wien with Sisi Museum inside opposite to the museum.

Today at the appointed time, the driver will pick you up and transfer you to Krems. The non-guided transfer will take about 1 hour. On the way you could visit the castle Kreuzenstein by yourself if interested. After checking in the hotel on arrival, our local guide will accompany you to enjoy a walking tour in Krems.

This will be a relaxing and leisure day. The guide will accompany you to ride a bicycle to travel through the beautiful Wachau Valley. Enjoy your time and it will definitely be an unforgettable experience.

The driver will pick you up and head to Linz. En route, have a stop at St. Florian and the local guide will show you around the Abbey. Upon arrival in Linz, transfer to the hotel for check-in. Then you could visit the art gallery by yourself. Linz has now developed into the modern art center of Austria.

Today, we are going to drive to Salzburg, the hometown of Mozart to continue our Austria music tour. The road on the Alps to Salzburg is creeping. We’ll pass by the hometown of Mozart's mother, Bad Ischi, a hot spring town on the way. We could also stop at Wolfgang Lake to have lunch at your own cost. The environment there is charming like that of the movie, the Sound of Music. Upon arrival, check in the hotel for a good rest.

Today the guide will lead you to visit the birthplace of Mozart, and appreciate the palace and garden. In the evening, enjoy the music performance show in Hohensalzburg Fortress on your own and show the respect to the classic music.
