Upon landing, you will get an airport pick-up and hotel transfer by the guide and the driver. After hotel check-in, you can enjoy the free time then. You might go to Park on 93rd on your own, where is known for the colorful nightlife with many discos, bars, cafes, restaurants, etc.

First we'll go to Mount Monserrate, reaching its top by caber car to see the whole city. Then we will visit La Candelaria, the old town of Bogota. We will go to Plaza de Bolivar, the main square in La Candelaria with some buildings constructed in the colonial period, such as The Republic Congress, The Justice Palace, and The Cathedral Primada, which are all persevered well. Then, we will walk to visit Museo de Botero and Gold Museum (Museo del Oro). Museo de Botero is an art gallery of Botero, the famed artist of Colombia. Gold Museum is the largest museum for gold wares globally, collecting these gold things of Inca Empire.

We're going to visit Salt Cathedral in Zipaquirá, that is regarded to be the First Wonder of Colombia. It is about 1.5 hours' drive away. We'll enter the mine underground to see these surprising sculptures and architecture built with salts and marbles. After that, we will head to Villa de Leyva, where we're about to stay overnight. It takes about 3 hours to drive there.

Today, our guide will show you around the town Villa de Leyva. We'll visit El Infiernito, the archaeological park with historical remains, and then go to the Vineyard Aim Karim. Later we will go for visiting Monasterio Del Santo Eccehomo, an early 17th-centrury monastery in Dominican style; and Casa Terracota, the unique house of pottery. At last, we will walk around Plaza Mayor, one of Latin America's largest squares that was paved with cobbles.

Today, the guide and the driver will send you to Bogota airport for you to fly to Medellin, the next stop of this itinerary. On the way, make a stop at Laguna de Guatavita, said to be the origin of the Legend of El Dorado. It's also said there is a large amount of gold in the lake; however, no one has found them so far. But the clear water and lush mountains make it a truly fairyland. We'll hike for a short distance after getting off the car, to get to the lake. It often rains here, so we advise you carry a raincoat as well as wear comfortable shoes and clothes. As you arrive in Medellin, you'll get an airport-hotel transfer.

We are to visit Comuna 13, the neighborhood with a number of gorgeous graffiti, by Metrocable, the local elevated metro. On the way our guide will introduce the history of Medellin and the changes of Comuna 13 in the past. After visiting this colorful place, we'll take the Metrocable to Parque Arvi, to explore the forest park. 

After today's escorted sightseeing, we suggest you make the full use of the night time in Medellin. Parque Lleras, the park area with Colombia's best nightlife is a good place to go. You might taste the local beef soup, drink wines or dance Salsa there.

We'll drive for about 1.5 hours to visit the town Guatape. We will go to El Peñol first, the huge rock hill. Climbing along the stairs to the top of this rock, we can see all landscapes of Guatape, including the lakes with islets, green mountains and the colorful town with painted houses and streets. We'll also stroll around Guatape to explore it closely.

You will be sent to Medellin airport for your plane to Cartagena. Upon arrival in Cartagena, our local guide and the driver will pick you up and transfer you to the hotel.

In the afternoon we're going to visit Walled City, the old urban district and a UNESCO World Heritage. We'll walk around the Walled City to see historical colonial remains by Caribbean Sea. Then we're to visit Castillo de San Felipe de Barajas, the old fortress built by Spanish to stop the attempts of pirates and enemies.

After breakfast, the driver will send you and your guide to take a 45-minute boat trip to Islas del Rosario. Islas del Rosario is composed of 27 islands on the sea southwest to Cartagena, where we can admire the scenery of white beaches, coconut woods, various reefs, bright-colored tropical fishes and the incredible sea. At dust, return to Cartagena port, and then drive back to your hotel.
