Thanks for choosing us as your service provider. Our guide and the driver will wait for you at the airport ahead of your arrival and then transfer you to the hotel in Guatemala City. After checking in, the rest of the day is free for your own arrangement. You could explore the local plaza on your own and taste the local foods.

Today you need to get up early. Our driver will pick you up at the hotel and transfer you to Guatemala City airport for flight to Flores. The flight time is about an hour. The local guide and the driver will be waiting for you at the airport and then transfer you to Yaxhá archaeological site located in northeastern Guatemala, taking about 1 hour and 10 minutes. Located over a hill surrounded by the Sacnab and Yaxhá lagoons, Yaxhá archaeological site has nine plazas and more than 500 buildings and is a cultural center and also the ceremonial venue of ancient Maya civilization. Here you can see the pyramidal temples and the city walls which connect the Acropolis, the twin pyramids, memorial centers, palaces, houses and the venues for playing. The Eastern Acropolis is the highest structure at Yaxha where you can overview of the whole site. These historical remains show the astronomy, astrology, architecture of Central American people. After visiting the Yaxhá archaeological site, we'll have a short break and then drive to the hotel in Flores.

After having a hearty breakfast at the hotel, we are going to drive to Tikal National Park which will take 1 hour and 5 minutes. Tikal National Park encompasses 575 square kilometers of jungle and thousands of ruined structures. Tikal archaeological site is a part of the Tikal National Park. As one of the largest Mayan sites in Guatemala, this archaeological site is listed as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1979 and has a legendary history of more than 2,000 years. It is also urban centers of the pre-Columbian Maya civilization. During the exploration, our guide will introduce you this mysterious Mayan ruins in details. Climb up the Temple of the Great Jaguar, which stands at a height of more than 150 feet (47 meters), and then go to the Temple of the Mask at the height of 125 feet (38 meters). We will spend three hours walking in the park, admiring the Mayan civilization while visiting one of the largest ancient cities in the region. After the visit, transfer you to Flores Airport for you to take the flight back to Guatemala City. Upon arrival, our driver will escort you to the hotel in Guatemala City.

This is the last day of the Guatemala City package. After breakfast, our driver will transfer you to Guatemala City International Airport according to your flight time. Wish you a happy voyage.
