I am looking for a flight from Dalian to Shanghai to spend a week but need to go to Japan for a day in the middle of the week. Is there some sort of way that I can just get a ticket from Dalian to Japan, with a lay over in Shanghai that I can extend to 7 days?

Jul. 3,2009 04:05
Mr.Brown(China) replied:

I was confused by what you said. Do you plan to leave Dalian for Shanghai and then to Japan, and the next day return to Shanghai and stay there for some days? Need your clarification.

But for your reference, direct flight from Dalian to Tokyo is available; if you do not need direct flight, you can transfer a flight in Shanghai to go to Japan. Besides, if you need flight information, your travel date is essential for searching the flight.

Hi. I am trying to get form Shanghai (Pu dong) landing 15.30 from Dubai. I need to get to Ningbo. Whats the best way. Really need a direct flight. Whats possible as I cannot seem to find a flight. How far is it by taxi.

Jul. 2,2009 05:45
Mr.Ben(Singapore) replied:

There is no flight from Shanghai to Ningbo and you have to take a coach or train to reach there. It will take about 4 to 5 hours by train so it will be costly to take a taxi there.

hello there!
what's the best way of getting from urumqi to sanya(hainan)?
bus train or airplane? where can I buy & book tickets?

Jul. 1,2009 20:49
Mr.Cheng(Singaporean) replied:

China has a vast territory; urumqi is in the northwest while Sanya is the most southerly point of China. It will take about 65 to 77 hours to cover the distance by train providing there is no delay; besides, there is no direct train or bus between the two cities and you need several transfer. Thus you will be rather tired. You would better go by plane. Since there is no direct flight from Urumqi to Sanya, I suggest you fly to Guangzhou first and then there are many flights from Guangzhou to Sanya. This website provide a platform to booking flights and you can submit your reservation or write to them with your request.

Good afternoon! Inform please cost of the air ticket Beijing-Mumbai. Beijing-Delhi

Jun. 30,2009 02:17
Mr.Fred(Singapore) replied:

There is no direct flight from Beijing to Mumbai and you need transfer at Hong Kong or other cities. Direct flight from Beijing to Delhi is accessable. For the airfare, you need to offer your flight date since the price of the international flights change frequently. Suggest you write to some booking center with your detailed request to get a better quotation.

Hi, i have one question, may i take my pets on flight? How much do i pay for it? any suggestions? thank you.

Jun. 28,2009 20:13
Mr.Marc(USA) replied:

This is a pretty tough question. As far as I know, you need to take your pet to see a vet and ask him to provide your pet a health certificate within seven days before the flight date. Besides, you need to consult your airlines whether they have oxygen cabin to make sure your pet can live in the cabin. You need to reach the airport at least four hours to check your pet… However, I suggest you consult your airlines directly to get more details.

The price difference between tickets booking websites
Hi,

I'm planning a trip to China this July. When looking around for flight tickets, I checked with expedia.com, as I've used them before and they are advertising that they don't levy a service charge. Trying to get a best deal, I googled china flight tickets and contacted several more booking sites, then found I can get a more favorable price from agents in China, someone told me that because the quoted price on expedia.com is full price, but agents in China offer discount price with a small service fee, is that true?

May. 22,2009 03:24
Mr.Johan replied:

Yes, that's true and I have met such problems. It is easy to compare the price offered by different agencies, and I found the price expedia quoted is much higher than others', although they advertised no booking fees. From my previous experiences, the agencies in China always get better price than those outbound ones. To me, it doesn't matter whether there is any booking fee, the key point is the final fare I need to pay.

Jun. 23,2009 20:47
Ms.Margaret(USA) replied:

Wow, unbelievable! That's Expedia. I used their service so many times, now I realized I paid over so much for the cryptic information. Never try again!!!!!!!!!
