Because no shuttle bus to the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park (Wulingyuan) is scheduled, so you need to go to Zhangjiajie Central Bus Station by city bus Outer Ring 4 (Wai Huan Si Lu) with a fare of CNY1. Get off at Tian Shan Suo Dao in half an hour. Then, walk to Central Bus Station within 10 minutes and buy a non-stop coach ticket to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park (Wulingyuan). The coaches depart every 10 minutes. 1 hour and CNY13 are needed.

From Chongqing to Zhangjiajie, it takes 6 to 6.5 hours and CNY69 for hard seat ticket if traveling by normal speed train. Once you go out of the Zhangjiajie West Railway Station, you can hail a taxi to Wulingyuan. With a cost of CNY80 and duration of 40 minutes, it is the best and fast way to get Wulingyuan.
