 Location: Lanzhou Zhongchuan Airport is situated about 70km (43.5 miles) from the city center.
 Brief Introduction: Lanzhou Zhongchuan Airport is one of the major airports in the northwest of China at the fringe of the Qing-Tibet Plateau. Most continental flights from Europe to Hong Kong have to fly over this airport due to Lanzhou's unique geographical location. At present, it has more than 40 national air routes from Lanzhou to Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Guilin, Chengdu, Xian, Urumqi, Shenyang, Wuhan, Xiamen, Shenzhen, Nanjing, Hangzhou, Chongqing, Fuzhou, Dunhuang, Jiayuguan, etc. and also a tourism charter flight to Hong Kong every Tuesday. It has also introduced flights to international cities in Japan, Korea, Singapore and Malaysia.

 Airport Transportation
For passengers to and from Lanzhou Zhongchuan Airport, both shuttle buses and taxis are available. At present, there is one shuttle bus line between Zhongchuan Airport and Lanzhou downtown city.

 By Taxi:
It costs about CNY120~140 from Zhongchuan Airport to Lanzhou downtown area. The taxi fare is about CNY150~170 from Zhongchuan Airport to Lanzhou Railway Station.
 Tip: From Zhongchuan Airport to Lanzhou Railway Station, you can firstly take the airport shuttle bus to Panxuan Lu, and then take bus 1 to the railway station. The bus fare is CNY1.
