How the aliens apply for the notarial deed that will be used in China?
Chinese embassy or consulate in foreign countries doesn't accept notarization application of the foreign citizens (Including Chinese with foreign nationality), so aliens should first apply for notarization to concerned authorities in their own countries. Then they take the Notarial Deed to apply for authentication to Chinese embassy or consulate.

 Information about Chinese Group Visa
Chinese Group Visa is a kind of tourist visa for foreigners who come to China in tour groups. The biggest difference from other visas is that Group Visa is issued on a separate paper instead of on the passports. Moreover, all the members of the tour group should enter and exit the Chinese border together. One tour group has at least five people.

Requirements for Applying Chinese Tourist Visa (L Visa)
Besides the passport and visa application form, Qatari citizens also need to offer the certificate of financial capability of burdening the expenses in China. If necessary, the air ticket, train ticket or ship ticket to destination after leaving China is required. For people who come to china for visiting kin, the invitation letter from their kin is should be provided.

Please contact Embassy of Qatar in China if Qatari citizens are in troubles there.

I am a Filipino working in Qatar for 6 years.

I am planning to visit Beijing, Macau and Hong Kong.

I would like to know what are the requirements in obtaining tourist visas to those cities mentioned above.

And, also, could you please give me some good advises for me to have an enjoyable stay in those cities? Like, can you recommend to me a good and affordable travel agency to tour me around those cities?

And, whatever you can recommned, I will gladly put that into consideration.

Anyway, I will be travelling with my friend. But, he will come from Manila. We will just meet there in Beijing.

Thanks in advance...

Richard

Mrs.Green (Uk) replied:

The requirements for your visit to Beijing are:
1. Your passport with blank pages and at least 6 months validity left before expiration.

2. A truly and completely filled application form affixed with one passport-sized photo.

3. Round-trip air ticket and confirmed hotel booking form.

while for your visit to Hongkong, if your stay won't exceeds 30 days, your national passport will be ok for your visit there.

For your visit to Macau, you could apply the visa when you get there, for Macau is a free port.
