Where to catch bus to the Victoria Peak?

Is it possible to catch a bus in Kowloon which goes direct to the peak or must one go to HK island first?

Not really, it seems that you have to go HK island first. You can take Metro Tung Chung Line from Kowloon to Hong Kong Station and then transfer to 1 (GMB) to The Peak Station. It takes about 1 hour and costs HKD20.

How can get from Queen Road West going to Peak Tram, I need less walk because i travel with My 78yrs

You can take bus line 5B / 10 to Murray Road and then walk about 400m to get the Peak Tram Station.

N2 and N3 Exit of East Tsim Sha Tsui of West Rail Line are right beside your hotel.
