It's a great pleasure to have you in our 10 days Laos private tour. After the flight arrives, the guide and the driver will pick you up at the airport and transfer you to the hotel. For the rest of the day you can go to explore the Old Market by yourself.

This morning, the guide will pick you up at the hotel and head to the wharf by car. Then, he or she will accompany you to take the boat along Mekong River to Kamu Lodge. On the way we'll visit the famous Pak Ou Caves. Inside the caves are thousands of stupa of different sizes and styles. There are two caves can be visited through the stairs. The one on the top is Tham Phum Cave which is much darker and more mysterious and the bottom one is Tham Ting Cave. In the evening check in the Kamu Lodge.

The purpose of staying at the Kamu Lodge is to allow you to experience the lifestyle of the real Kamu ethnic group. Today, we'll spend a whole day there. You can join in various activities held in the villages and rice fields in the jungle: enjoying the beautiful scenery, rice planting, and even gold panning and archery like the locals. It will definitely be an unforgettable day during this Laos 10 days tour.

Today we'll take the traditional wooden boat to Pak Beng along Mekong River. On the way visit the villages of ethnic minorities. We will stay overnight in Pak Beng.

Today we'll drive to Oudomxay, taking about 3 hours. This is the center of northern Laos, with rich mountain views and many ethnic minorities live here. In the afternoon, the guide will lead you to the nearby Pak La to experience rural life, stroll through the area and admire the panoramic view of Nam Pak River. After, participate in short adventure activities, and relax in the hot springs at Muang La Lodge.

After breakfast, drive along the Nam Pak River to visit two villages of Ikho people. Entering the village, you will see houses built of wood and bamboo, and learn about their way of life and their beliefs. The villagers here are good at dyeing their clothes with natural dyes made from plants in the jungle. You will have chance to see the process and learn about the ancient technology. After a half-day trip, return to Muang La Lodge. You can enjoy the afternoon freely as you like.

On the 7th day of this Laos 10 days itinerary, we'll leave Muang La Lodge and drive along the scenic road to Muang Khua to start a river cruise to Nong Khiaw. We will take a long-tail boat to visit the most beautiful river here, the Nam Ou River. Along the Nam Ou River, you will find villages and limestone caverns. The lunch is picnic barbecue. On arrival at Nong Khiaw, check in the guesthouse.

Today is free for you to explore Nong Khiaw city. You can go to the nearby caves to appreciate the spectacular Karst landscape or choose to have a good rest at the guesthouse.

Today we'll go back to Luang Prabang from Nong Khiaw along the Nam Ou River by car. On the way, we'll visit Ban Na Nyang famous for the traditional weaving industry. Almost every household has their own loom, and they can make beautiful scarves, tablecloths and gorgeous wall hangings. After visiting the village, we will continue to UNESCO world heritage city of Luang Prabang and transfer to the hotel.

The 10 days private Laos tour ends today. After breakfast, the guide and the driver will send you to the airport according to your flight time.
