There's a reason this tour is so highly reviewed and why Helen is praised so frequently - this tour is an incredible, convenient, and exciting way to visit several of Beijing's best tourist attractions in one day.



We only had one day in Beijing, and this tour was the best way to spend it. Helen is knowledgeable, helpful, and knows the systems well to ensure you have the best experience at each destination. It makes for a long day (12+ hours) but it's so so worth it.

Beijing can be fast paced and there are a lot of requirements to visiting some of the world’s greatest attractions. This tour and specifically Helen, are a godsend. From detailed explanations on the process, history and enough free time to explore on your own, the entire tour was amazing.



Helen, one of the kindest and knowledgeable tour guides I’ve had, is absolutely stunning. I wish I could give her 5 stars.

Beijing – The Great Wall & The Forbidden City

Our journey began in Beijing, where our guide Kitty Kang introduced us to the fascinating history of China’s capital. Walking along the Great Wall, exploring the Forbidden City, and sampling authentic Beijing cuisine were unforgettable experiences. Everything was well-paced and perfectly organized.



Xi’an – The Terracotta Army

Next, we traveled to Xi’an, home of the legendary Terracotta Army. Our guide Celine Yang was exceptional — warm, knowledgeable, and full of enthusiasm. She brought the site to life with engaging stories and a wonderful sense of humor. Seeing thousands of warriors still standing guard after more than 2,000 years was absolutely awe-inspiring.



Guilin – The Li River & Karst Mountains

In Guilin, we were captivated by the stunning scenery. The Li River Cruise was a highlight — drifting between mist-covered karst peaks felt like gliding through a Chinese painting. Our guide Joanne made sure we didn’t miss a single photo opportunity and shared fascinating insights about the local culture and landscape.



Yangtze River Cruise – The Three Gorges & Beyond

From Chongqing, our guide David Wang helped us board the Yangtze River Cruise, which became four unforgettable days of relaxation and beauty. The scenery through the Three Gorges was spectacular, and the service onboard was first-class. When we arrived in Yichang, Sophia greeted us warmly and guided us through the impressive Three Gorges Dam, explaining its scale and significance with great knowledge.



Shanghai – Modern Meets Traditional

Finally, we ended our trip in Shanghai, where Rose Dai showed us both the ultra-modern skyline along The Bund and the timeless charm of the Old City. We loved experiencing the perfect blend of tradition and innovation that defines this vibrant city.



Every guide we met was professional, friendly, and truly passionate about sharing their country’s culture and history. The hotels were luxurious, the food was delicious, and the entire trip ran seamlessly from start to finish.
