Japan Airlines

As one of the most important airlines in Japan, Japan Airlines (abbreviated as JAL) grew and thrived from a small-sized private airline in 1951 when it started domestic scheduled flights. In 2003, it merged with Japan Air System, the largest domestic airline then in Japan, and officially took the name Japan Airlines International Co., Ltd. Japan Airlines was once the largest airline in Asia. It continually seeks cooperation with other airlines. Now, routes operated by Japan Airlines and code-sharing routes by its partners can reach most of the big cities in Asia. In addition, of all the airlines in the world it owns the largest number of Boeing 747s.
Japan Airlines started routes between China and Japan in 1974. Of all the airlines in Japan, Japan Airlines owns the most extensive operations to China. By the end of May, 2005, the total number of flights to China reached 235 each week (including flights to Hong Kong and flights operated by code sharing airlines). Now, destinations in China include the most prosperous cities, such as Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Hangzhou, Guangzhou, and Xiamen. Hello,
We just came back from Manila Jan. 8. Left US on Dec. 18 via Washington IAD, To NY JFK via Narita to Manila. We took multiple airlines, UA, AA and JAL. When we arrived in Manila 3 of our luggages were missing. We are now back to the US and our luggage have not been found. Very upsetting and it raises my blood pressure each time I think about it! I hope they found your luggage.
