I was very satisfied with the booking experience through travelchinaguide. It was fast efficient and easy to follow and get confirmations. Only improvement areas I would note are the following: Emphasize more strongly to the travelers the challenge of being able to receive gmail e-mails in China. The service was friendly and really appreciated the communications in English so that could understand what was going on.

My trip to China was great. It was a mix of business & a little site seeing. I used my flights booked with your company to fly to Xi'an to see the Terracotta Warriors - an amazing experience, something i had dreamed of seeing since childhood. My flights with China Eastern were good - a little delayed on both legs, but ground crew & in flight crew were very helpful & friendly. The flights saved me a lot of time travelling so I was very happy overall. Your services were easy to use & very prompt with confirmations & follow ups. The cost of the flights was very competitive as well. I would use your service again if I return to China.
