Day 1 Arrival in Phnom Penh
Upon landing at Phnom Penh Airport, our guide and driver will meet you outside the luggage-claiming area and transfer you to check in at a downtown hotel.

Day 2 Phnom Penh - Kampot
Today, we will set out for a comfortable ride to start this Cambodia tour from Phnom Penh to Kampot, a tranquil lakeside town lined with traditional French and Chinese buildings. We will pass by the rustic Takeo Province on the way. Upon arrival there, we will check in at the hotel for two nights' stay. The rest of the day is free for you to explore the Kampot Town.

Day 3 Kampot
We have a whole day to visit the countryside. The tour starts with a visit to the Kampot Pepper Project and Kampot Salt Field. After that, you are to explore the Phnom Chhnork Cave, with a tiny pre-Angkorian temple inside among stalactites. Before returning to the hotel, you will stroll along the golden beach of Kep City.

Day 4 Kampot - Phnom Penh
Check out the hotel after breakfast for the trip back to Phnom Penh. After settled in the Phnom Penh hotel, the guide will show you Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum and the Killing Fields of Choeung Ek. Historical evidence are on display there, telling the massacre instigated by the Khmer Rouge during 1975 – 1979.

Day 5 Phnom Penh - Battambang
After breakfast, we will extend our Cambodia tour from Phnom Penh to Battambang by private car with around 5-hour driving, the second largest city of the country. On the way, we visit workshops of pottery and silverwares. Upon arrival, the guide will escort you to check in at a local hotel.

Day 6 Battambang
With our guide, you will take a tuk tuk around the countryside, and visit the village of Wat Kor, where you enter a few cottage industries factories, including rice paper, dried banana, and fish paste. A wine tasting visit of the Prasat Phnom Banan Winery is followed by sightseeing of Wat Bai Dom Ram. A gigantic tree, often dangling with large fruit bats, guards the entrance.

When today's trip is over, you will be escorted back to the hotel.

Day 7 Battambang - Siem Reap
After breakfast we will check out the hotel and continue the 5 hour trip by car to Siem Reap. Upon arrival, you will check in at the hotel first, before setting out for the Old City Market where you may shop for local specialties.

Day 8 Siem Reap
To catch the dazzling sunrise at Angkor Wat, we will get up early this morning to see it and take pictures. Later, we will tour the Angkor Thom, the former capital of the Khmer Empire. The Bayon Temple in the center is worthy of special attention. It features the famous Smile of Khmer, which has 216 different smiling faces carved on the four sides of 54 stupas. You also get to see intricate reliefs at Terrace of Elephants and Terrace of Leper King inside Angkor Thom.

We also pay our respects to the nearby Ta Prohm Temple. As the outdoors background scene of the movie Tomb Raider, it looks like a deserted land with outgrowth from ancient trees hugging even older ruins.

Day 9 Siem Reap
After breakfast, our guide will come to meet you at the hotel lobby for the Angkor Silk Farm. You are there to mingle among mulberry groves and follow the process of how silk cocoons turn to silk threads. Then take a cruise on the Tonle Sap Lake by boat to visit a few floating villages. We will be in time for the sunset view on the lake.

Day 10 Siem Reap - Ho Chi Minh City
Firstly, we will drive northeast to the outskirts of Siem Reap City where another Angkorian relic, Banteay Srei Temple, full of exquisite carvings on scarlet architectures sits. Then return to see the Preah Khan Temple of the 12th century vintage. Then more countryside to the southeast of the city proper, past some local villages, and finally reaching the Rolous Group, which was the capital in the 9th century reign of King Indravarman I.

Finally, our guide will escort you to the airport for your flight to Ho Chi Minh City to commence the following Vietnam tour from Cambodia. Along the way we will stop briefly at the Orphanage School. After landing in Ho Chi Minh City, the local guide and driver will deliver you to the hotel.

Day 11 Ho Chi Minh City
We will start this private Ho Chi Minh City tour from the French-style Reunification Palace. Formerly the presidential palace, it is now a public audience chamber. You will be briefed on modern history of Vietnam while surrounded by traditional lacquer paintings hung on the interior walls. Then we will head north to for the War Remnants Museum. With a large archive, weapons and military facilities on display, you can relive the wartime history.

We continue to the suburbs to see the Cu Chi Tunnels, an underground military barrack. Then return to to the city proper.

Day 12 Ho Chi Minh City - Da Nang - Hoi An
After breakfast, you will be escorted to the airport and fly to Da Nang. Meet our local guide at the airport and then take a private ride to the hotel in Hoi An. You are free for the rest of day to explore the city.

Day 13 Hoi An
Its vital trading port role during 15th-19th century has left Hoi An with a number of old buildings in Chinese and Japanese architectural styles. Today we walk about this old town selectively to cover the Japanese Covered Bridge, a Chinese assembly hall and a museum. The rest of the day is free for your own arrangements.

Day 14 Hoi An - Da Nang - Hue
After checking out the hotel, we take a private car from Hoi An to Hue. Get off around midway at Hai Van Pass, where you can see the unobstructed coastline and horizon.

After settled in at a hotel in Hue, we directly head for the Imperial City Citadel, located in the center of the city. Then take a boat along the Perfume River to reach the 7-storey Thien Mu Pagoda. From there we proceed to the Mausoleum of King Tu Duc. It is more of a royal garden adorned with elegant pavilions, bridges, and emerald ponds. Later we will return to the Royal Palace, and then wave into the Dong Ba Market, where you may indulge yourselves in tourist activities.

Day 15 Hue - Hanoi
A morning flight will take you to Hanoi. Upon arrival, our local guide will pick you up at Hanoi Airport and transfer you to the hotel. Then, we will start this private Hanoi tour with the Temple of Literature, the earliest national academy of Vietnam. After that, go to the One Pillar Pagoda, which was built on a single column in the middle of a pond. We finish the day with the Vietnam Museum for customs information.

Day 16 Hanoi - Halong Bay
This morning, a private transportation will take you to the seaside Halong City. After checking in at a local hotel, you will set out for a 4-hour boat ride to take in the gorgeous scenery of Halong Bay. Let your imagination fly. You will find rocks resembling dog, elephant, cock, gorilla and other images in the water. After the cruise, our guide will escort you back to the hotel.

Day 17 Halong - Hanoi
Today, we will drive back to Hanoi City, and then stroll in the bustling Old Quarter to mingle with local people. Besides, we will spend some leisure time at the tranquil Hoan Kiem Lake misty ancient blocks. A distinctive Water Puppet Show performed at the nearby theater will surprise you in the late afternoon. When it is finished, the guide will escort you to the hotel.

Day 18 Departure from Hanoi
