Chinese Calligraphy can be traced back to the Shang Dynasty (17th-11th Century BC).  It matured in Eastern Zhou Dynasty Western Zhou (1046-771BC). In later dynasties, new skills as well as updated artistic conceptions were added to the calligraphy. The calligraphy gallery is located on the third floor and displays masterpieces from different periods. All these works reveal the history of the calligraphy systemically. You can enjoy authentic and beautiful calligraphy such as seal characters and clerical scripts.
