The surface of the lake reflects the snow-covered peaks of Mountain Muztagata, which tower in the background.

The Karakuri Lake lies at the foot of Mount Muztagata, about 191 kilometers (120 miles) from Kashgar. It is 30 meters (about 98 feet) deep and is 3,600 meters (about 11,811 feet) above sea level. Is there a train ride or flight going to Tibet from Xinjing in the Summer 2010?

As I know there is no direct flight. You could take a train from xinjiang to Lanzhou firstly and then take another train to Lhasa, Tibet. Or tranfer at Chengdu or Xi'an by flight.

BY train you should come Lanzhu and change train to TIbet .from Xinjiang to Tibet only can go by cars
