Zhoucheng Village is 38 kilometers from Xiaguan, the capital of Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province. Its population is almost the Bai people. We will be visiting Yunan during the first week of September. What is the best and cheapest route to take? We will be coming from Manila. There will be three of us on this visit.

Hi, take a flight to Beijing first. And then take a train to yunnan. I think this is the easiest way!

get to Hongkong first.Then fly to KM.It took about three hours. Safe and comfortable but cost about 1300 rmb.

Weather there is changeable and August is rainy. Take Long-sleeve clothes with you and wear summer clothes is ok. It also depends on your route. If you go to south of Yunnan, such as Xishuangbanna, Hekou towards Vietnam and Burma, it is getting hot. If you will visit the mountainous region of Yunan, light coat and warm clothes are necessary. :)
