The most famous should be Dao Xiang Cun and there are many branches of it. One of them is on Qianmen Street. You can take subway line 2 or line 8 to Qianmen and then walk southward to get there. Or you may find one near your hotel.

Hi,
I know one cooking class named "Yiqin" for western bakery. It is on the 1st floor Jingbao Mansion No.185 Andingmenwai, Dongcheng. The tuition fees are 1900 (one month and a half). If you want to get the details, consult the school. Take subway line 2 and stop at Andingmen. Walk northward for 300 meters.
