I travel to Beijing, China several times a year and have met with many of these agents. Mostly they are located in an apartment, 5,6, 7 people in a small room working from their computer. There is no stock, no showroom and at best samples of a few items.
After you place an order with them they will order it from some one else so they are just cutting a piece of the cake. Its like crossing the river to fetch water. My advice is to contact the manufacturer directly and they ALWAYS have a professional homepage with all the contact numbers. You can also check them by Google

I have ordered quite a bit from China and parcels sent by EMS. Seller can give you a tracking number but that does not mean it has been posted. Sometimes there is a delay of 1-3 days before tracking information comes up. I would try the seller and find out what is going on and if the parcel was posted.
Always buy through company that holds money in escrow until you receive goods and OK release of funds.
