from Uruguay, south america to Harbin

is it possible to include the Harbin festival in this tour?

It seems that tour doesn't include the Harbin Festival. A good travel service should offer custom-made tours and I think you should contact this agency.

I am planning on visiting my Son and his wife who live in Chongquin around the first week in June 2011. I would like to take a Riverboat tour to include as much as possible in 10 to 12 days AFTER I visit with them for about 5 days. Can you please suggest the best tour that you offer that would fit that criteria. We are flexible in the dates but do want to do it in May or June.
