Questions & Answers on Xi\an City Wall International Marathon Pictures
Asked by Mrs.Aili from CHINA | Dec. 10, 2009 03:19Reply
I'm planning a trip to Xi'an this month and my flight arrives at 7.30pm.

My hotel is near the Bell Tower so I plan to take the shuttle bus 1, but on my guide book is written that the shuttle bus ends running at 6pm.

Is that true? Does anyone take a bus to the city after 6pm?

I would prefer take a bus and not a cab.

Thank you.

No, this bus line is in operation until to the last flight arrival. So, you could take it. I just have taken this line last week.

The fast train (No.T112 from 10:30 to 5:16) will take nearly 19 hours. Ticket fare is about 350RMB for hard sleeper, 520-540 for soft ones. There are other four trains and one of them from Hangzhou East Railway Station. SO, there are five trains to to Xi'an each day.
Every day, there are only one train from Xi'an to Guilin, Train K318 (19:22-22:18), nearly 27 hours. Ticket fare is 400RMB for hard sleeper, 600/627RMB for soft sleeper.

Travel places in Xi'an: Bell Tower, Muslim Street, City Wall of Ming Dynasty, Big Wild Pagoda, Shangxi History Museum in the city zone; Terra Cotta Warriors and Huaqing Hot Spring resort in the east suburbs. There are also some places of interest to go a few hours further. It depends on how many times will you stay at the city.

Hi, please let me know your destinations or you could search the price by the China Train tool on the left side. Usually, the child under 1.1 meters could take trains for free and 1.1~1.5 meters required a half-price ticket, over 1.5 meters, full-price ticket the same as an adult is needed.
