Dear Sir,

I shall be traveling from Ottawa, Canada to Xi'an Jiaotong University in Xi'an. In Shanghai, I shall have to change from Air Canada to Shanghai Airlines.
Please tell me what to do once I land at Shanghai Airport. Is the departure gate of Shanghai Airlines going to Xi'an Xianyang in the same terminal and same floor or different terminal? and how to reach the departure gate?

There are two airports in Shanghai, usually your international flight will land in Pudong airport, so if you are taking a connecting flight, make sure book one that also depart from Pudong.
