We will be sailing into Xingang by cruise ship arriving at 0730 and leaving at 1900. Is it possible to book a private tour that will meet us at the port to go to the Great Wall, then to Tiannamin Square and back to the ship by 1900, or 7:00 pm? Can that be done in one day?

Time is not enough to visit the Great Wall. You just choose Tiananmen Square and Forbidden City. Only one site is available in a day.

Hi, Ms. Ho, time may be not enough for you to visit all the popular sites, so you may visit Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City and Temple of Heaven on Dec 12. If your departure time is late on Dec 13, you may visit Summer Palace.

1. It is very convenient to take train from Beijing North Train Station to Badaling, the earliest bullet train departs at 07:26, and it takes around 1 hour. This webpage has the detailed train information:
