Guangzhou Metro Line 1

Crowded City MetroTrain

With a total length of around 18 kilometers (11 miles), the Guangzhou Metro Line 1 is made up of 16 stations, connecting East Railway Station and Xilang. Stretching in the southwest-northeast direction, this subway line passes several commercial areas and transportation hubs, such as Beijing Road, West Tiyu Road, Guangzhou Avenue and Grandview Mall. The whole trip just takes around 35 minutes. For different trips, the ticket fare varies from CNY 2 to CNY 5.
