Day 01: Arrival in Beijing
Our guide will pick you up at Beijing airport and transfer to the hotel. The rest of the day is on your own to explore the city.

Day 02: Beijing
Visit the Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City and the Temple of Heaven. (B+L)

Day 03: Beijing
Visit the Badaling Great Wall, the Sacred Way and the Ming Tomb. (B+L)

Day 05: Beijing - Xian
Morning is free. Lunch is on your side. Visit the Summer Palace and the Lama Temple. See off at Beijing railway station to take an overnight soft sleeper train to Xian. (B+D)

Day 06: Xian
Pick you up at the railway station. After having breakfast at the hotel, you will visit the Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum, the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the Provincial History Museum. (B+L)

Day 07: Xian
The day is arranged by yourselves, you are suggested to visit the City Wall, the Great Mosque and have some free time to explore the Bazaar near the Mosque by yourselves. (B)

Day 08: Xian - Lhasa 
You are suggested to take a shuttle bus to the airport and the bus stop is very near to your hotel. You yourselves will board the flight to to Lhasa, where the altitude is 3,650 meters above sea level. Our guide will pick you up at Lhasa airport and transfer to the hotel and acclimatize yourself to the high altitude. (B)

Day 09: Lhasa
Visit the magnificent Potala Palace. After a western-style lunch, visit the Sera Monastery, the Norbulingka Park and a Tibetan family. (B+L)

Day 10: Lhasa
Visit the Jokhang Temple and the thriving bazaar of the Barkhor Street. After having a western-style lunch, go ahead to visit the Tibet Museum, the Tibetan Traditional Medicine Hospital and the Carpet Factory. (B+L)

Day 11: Lhasa - Chongqing 
Take a flight to Chongqing. Visit the Panda House in Chongqing Zoo if time is available. Your memorable Yangtze River tour begins at 22:00 as you board the luxurious cruise ship. (B+L)

Day 12: Fengdu
At about 08:30, visit the Ghost City of Fengdu. The Captain's Welcome Party will be held this evening. (B+L+D)


Day 13: Badong (Shennong Stream) - Xiling Gorge - Sandouping
Visit Badong and take a small junk to enjoy the marvelous spectacles of the nature in the Shennong Stream. Continue sailing into the western section of Xiling Gorge. (B+L+D)
 

Day 14: Yichang - Shanghai
Disembark for an excursion to the under constructed Three Gorges Dam. After lunch, pack your luggage and complete check-out procedures. Drive to Yichang, visit the Yichang Museum if time permits. Take a flight to Shanghai. Upon arrival, please go to the hotel we have booked for you by yourselves. (B+L)

Day 15: Shanghai
The hotel accommodation with breakfast is provided today. You are suggested to visit the Shanghai Museum, the Yuyuan Garden and the Bund on your own. (B)

Day 17: Shanghai - Guilin
You will get to the airport to board the flight to Guilin by yourselves. Our guide will pick you up at Guilin airport and transfer to the hotel. (B)

Day 18: Guilin - Yangshuo
Transfer you to the pier to board the cruise ship. Then the activities along the Li River and in Yangshuo will be handled by yourselves. Enduring memories are created today as you cruise down the Li River to Yangshuo. Upon arrival in Yangshuo, you may have a short bicycle trip to the countryside. Alternatively, you can take an electric car instead of taking bicycles. (Tips: Since the lunch on the Li River cruise can not meet your expectation, TCG suggests that you have enough breakfast at the hotel today).(B+L)

Day 19: Yangshuo - Guilin - Hongkong
Go back to Guilin by yourselves. The shuttle bus ticket from Yangshuo to Guilin can be purchased easily at the front desk. You are suggested to visit the Reed Flute Cave, the Seven Star Park and the Elephant Trunk Hill by yourselves. Take a taxi to the airport by yourselves to board the flight to Hongkong. Upon arrival, please go to the hotel we have booked for you by yourselves. (B)

Day 20: Hongkong
The hotel accommodation with breakfast is provided today. You are suggested to have a half-day Hongkong Island Tour. Peak tram ride to mid-level of Central District then to the Victoria Peak, visit the Repulse Bay, Aberdeen and Stanley Market on your own. (B)

Day 21: Departure from Hongkong
You will get to the airport to board your homeward flight by yourselves. (B)

In both Shanghai and Hong Kong we only book the comfortable hotels for you. Our listed itinerary for these two parts is just for your reference, which is not included in our package tour price. Hong Kong Tips

Travelers entering Hong Kong from Mainland China may find there are differences between the two areas.
To enter Hong Kong, Valid passport is a must but visas are not necessary for some countries. Try to find this out before your departure.
CNY can be uses in Hong Kong also. So if you have some extra CNY with you, you don't have to exchange it back to dollars or what's so ever, then exchange it again to HKD.
Better to carry identification certificate or document with you.
Different from Mainland China, tap water here is drinkable.
Work Hours of Government are from 9a.m to 5mfrom Monday to Friday and 9a.m to 1p.m on Saturday. This is different from 5-day system in Mainland China.
Toilets are free of charge. No smoking in public transportation vehicles and certain public places.
Time zone (GMT+8) and voltage (220V) are the same as in Mainland China.
