We loocing for a train ticket from Hongkong to sanya. And then a train ticket from sanya to Hanoi. Where can we buy the tickets, is it possible from sweden. The trip is in June 2010.

Sir, as I know there is no direct train from Hongkong to Sanya, you may make a connection in Guangzhou. The train ticket can only be book within China.

Will you arrive Shanghai by train or plane? Hai Yan hotel is about 5km from thr railway station, 20 km from Hongqiao airport while 55 km from Pudong airport. You can choose the airport shuttle bus, subway or taxi according to the distance. BTW, the airport shuttle bus maybe not available after 8pm.

Thank you Mr. Kenny for your info. I will be arriving by plane. What railway station is closes to the hotel? The airport site shows airport #7 to Shanghai South Railway running until 2300. Is that close to Hai Yan Hotel?

Shanghai South Railway is about 13km from Haiyan Hotel.

Most international flights land in the Pudong airport, the international airport of Shanghai. Hongqiao airport is usually for the internal flights.
