Price

1. Free of charge for children less than 6 years old or lower than 120cm. Passport might be checked at the entrance.
2. Free of charge for seniors over 65 years old. Passport might be checked at the entrance.
3. Minors between 6 and 18 years old, seniors between 60 and 65 years old enjoy discount price.

How to Book and Use

1. Book & pay online, get email confirmation with QR code or confirmation number. For adult ticket, please scan QR code at the entrance to get into the park.
2. For child and senior ticket, please redeem paper ticket at ticket window, then hold the paper tickets to enter the park.
3. Travelers in one order should enter the site together.

Complimentary Shuttle Bus

1. Show your paper admission ticket, then you could take the Guilin City Tour Bus (Shuttle bus between the main attractions) for free.
2. Bus Route: Elephant Trunk Hill (Gate 2) – Seven Star Park – Wave Subduing Hill (Fubo Hill) - Folded Brocade Hill (Diecai Hill) - Reed Flute Cave
3. Departure Interval: Every 30 min between 10:00 and 15:00.
4. Bus Ticket Redemption Location: No. 2 Ticket Window of Elephant Trunk Hill.

Change & Cancellation

1. Free cancellation if sending the request by email 24 hours before the designated entry time.
2. After the ticket is issued, the service fee is non-refundable.
3.Partial cancellation is not accepted, tickets in one order have to be cancelled together.
4.If you need to make change, please cancel and rebook.
