Nantong Xingdong International Airport is located at Xingdong Town, Tongzhou District, Nantong City, Jiangsu Province. It is about 6 miles (10 kilometers) to the northeast of downtown Nantong, and 60 miles (100 kilometers) from Shanghai, and 75 miles (120 kilometers) from Suzhou.

Brief Intro:

Opened in 1993, Nantong Airport is a great auxiliary airport of Shanghai International Air Hub. It has two terminal buildings, T1 & T2 in service, and the T3 is under construction. Currently, it operates both domestic and international air routes, cooperating with more than ten airlines.

Bus from PVG to Haimen, Jiangsu, China

From earlier question, I understand there is no direct bus, but how does one get to Haimen from PVG? I do not speak or understand the Chinese language and am traveling alone.

You can take Shuttle Bus Line 5 to Shanghai Railway Station; or take metro line 2 and transfer to line 4 at Century Avenue, get off at Railway Station.
After that, walk west for 5 minutes to the General Bus Station, from where you can take an intercity bus to Haimen. The Bus takes about 2h and CNY48. And here is the Chinese character of Haimen: 海门

Is there any shuttle bus service from Shanghai airports or city center to Nantong Airport?

If so, what is the time table and fare? Thanks

No direct bus is available, but you can take a bus from Shanghai General Bus Station to NT first. The bus is available from 6:00 to 21:00 and takes about 2 hours, CNY65. After that, you can take Bus 7 and transfer to Bud 611 at Maidelong. Then get off at the airport.
