Muhammad, you can apply for a business entry permit to go there and attend the conference. The required documents are as follows:
1. Your passport and copy of its data page
2. The completed application form with a recently-taken passport-style photo
3. Your residence permit in PRC
4. Round trip air tickets and hotel booking record
5. An invitation letter from the conference organizer
6. Proof of your financial support
And then submit your application to the TLScontact Center to apply for it. Usually, the application process takes 7 working days, so you should submit the application at least 7 (seven) working days before your intended date of arrival to Cyprus. And just to play safe, you are advised to apply for it one month earlier before your trip.
