 Transportation to the Embassy:
The Embassy in Beijing is located in the Ta Yuan Diplomatic Compound. You can take a public bus and get off at Ta Yuan Cun stop and then you can find the embassy very easily. The buses routes include Bus No. 110, 24, 413, 418, 688 and 823.

Notice:

 The Republic of Djibouti has no specified written policy regarding to the Visa to this day. Travelers are suggested to consult the embassies or consulates in your country to obtain detailed information.

 To apply a Visit Visa, your round-trip tickets are required. For a Business Visa, except for your round-trip tickets, the applicants should provide Property Ownership Certificate, guarantee letter or invitation letter.

 Entry Regulation
Upon entering the country, you are subjected to show your visa or other guarantee letter which allows you to apply for a Visa On Arrival.

 The Customs of Djibouti has no regulations on the sums of foreign exchange allowed for foreign travel, or regulations on the quantity of the purchase of the commodity.

 Name: The Republic of Djibouti, La République de Djibouti

 People: in 2005, the country has about 793,000 people. Issan people who speak Somali account for half of the total population. Afar people speak Afar and they occupy 40 percent of the population.

 Language: The official languages are French and Arabic; while Afar and Somali languages are widely used in the country.

 Religion: Islam is the State religion; 94 percent of the people are Muslim and the others are Christians.

 Geography: The country is situated in the northeast of Africa and it covers an area of about 23,200 square kilometers (8,958 square miles).

 Capital: Djibouti is the capital and also the largest city of the country. As the national political, economical, cultural and transportation center, it is one of the largest seaports of East Africa. It has a population of about 624,000 in 2005.

 Climate: Tropical Desert Climate and Tropical Steppe Climate

 Relationship with China: The Republic of Djibouti established the diplomatic relation with China in 1979.

Can I get student visa
Hello,

My name is Abdiaziz from somalia, my passport is Somali I wanna to come Djibouti in order to Apply my student visa because
I successfully got my my university Admission letter,JW and also all needed documents, so please can i Apply in Djibouti? Because Chinese embassy in somalia isn't working propaply so they inform me to Apply in Djibouti embassy

how to get new visa
hi my entry permit expired before three months because i gave birth a baby and i couldn't have time so what can i do to.get a new.visa me and my son one year and seven months old

Hi, if you have overstayed in mainland China, I’m afraid you cannot renew your visa. What you should do at present is to report your situation to the local police station, and then pay the fine CNY500 per day; the capped amount won’t exceed CNY10,000. Afterwards, you can apply for an exit pass to leave China.

Do you intend to stay longer? If so, you can extend your visa at the local exit and entry administration, but I can't guarantee you will certainly get approved with the extension.
