I would like to hire a couple of chinese employees, how do i proceed in order to bring them to Peru?
I am in contact with them already but would like to know how fast it could be. Can they come as tourist first? and see if the job fits for them then I will give them a contract to ask for "carnet de extranjeria" to allow them to work. Is that legal ?...Please advise.

I’m afraid they cannot work on tourist visa. It is illegal.
You may need to apply for work visas for the employees.
