Day 1 Marrakech arrival, Airport pickup
Welcome to Marrakech, Morocco. The English speaking driver has already been waiting for you at Marrakech Airport and will then transfer you to the hotel. There is no activity in the afternoon, so you can rest well and prepare for the following Marrakech desert tours.

Day 2 Transfer to Ouarzazate with a visit in Ait Ben Haddou
After breakfast, we will go to Ouarzazate by car, known as the gateway to the Sahara Desert. The driving distance is 195km. First we will cross the Atlas Mountains, pass berber town Taddert and Tizi-in-Tichka pass and tour the El Glaoui Kasbah in Telouet. In the castle, you will be impressed by the exquisite Moorish interior design, stucco decoration, ceiling decoration carved from cedar wood, and beautiful painted pottery. Then we will drive through the Ounila valley to Ait Ben Haddou. We will visit the world-famous Ksar village with countless ancient castles. It is one of the most beautiful villages in Morocco and listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Check in the hotel once we arrive in Ouarzazate. In the afternoon, we will visit the famous photography center - Atlas Corporation Studio.

Day 3 Private transfer to Zagora
After breakfast, drive to Zagora, 156km away from the hotel. We will pass the Tizi-in-Tiniffit Pass at an altitude of 1,660 meters, rugged mountainous countryside, and reach the Draa Valley, one of the most charming river landscapes in Morocco. When driving along the Draa Valley, you can see large areas of date palms, laurel bushes and many kasbahs and ksars. Later, we will arrive at the Zagora Oasis, the real "gate of the desert". The valley is lined with palm trees, clay fortresses and picturesque Berber villages. Finally, reach Zagora and we will stay at a local Riad tonight. Day 4 Enter Erg Chegaga Dunes
After breakfast, we will drive through the sand dunes between Tinfou and M'hamid, then arrive at the Erg Chegaga Dunes Camp 90 km away. This afternoon, we will arrange a camel for you to ride to one of the highest sand dunes there to enjoy the amazing sunset. Be sure to take your camera and capture the most beautiful pictures. Then ride the camel back to the camp and enjoy delicious tea and dinner and musical drum performance. You will spend the night in a nomad tent under the stars. Day 5 Leave Erg Chegaga, Transfer to Taroudant
Today we will head to Taroudant 390km away. It is called "The little Marrakech" because of its red walls and narrow alleys. It is also a historic city. Beautiful desert scenery can be appreciated along the way. Stay at the hotel in Taroudant.

Day 6 Transfer to Essaouira with a visit in Agadir
Morocco desert tours from Marrakech ends here. Today, we will visit the next destination Agadir about 70km from Taroudant by car. Located on the Atlantic coast, Agadir is the most important fishing and commercial port in Morocco, and a seaside resort with sandy beaches. Arriving at Agadir Beach, you can then enjoy some leisure time. After lunch, drive to Essaouira 200km away and check in the hotel.

Day 7 Guided Essaouira sightseeing tour
After breakfast, the guide will lead you to tour the ancient Medina on foot. We will first go to an open-air square with a large number of exquisite handicrafts and continue to Skala de la Kasbah, a fortress built in the 18th century which witnessed how Portugal and Spain ruled this area. Then we will move to the Fishing Port to learn the life of the locals. Finally we will visit the Essaouira Beach to enjoy the charming see views. Then you will be given some free time. It is recommended to taste the food cooked with the fresh seafood caught at the port in a local restaurant. In the afternoon, drive to Marrakech. On the way, you can see huge argan trees on both sides of the road. You can even see goats climbing these trees. Check in Marrakech hotel upon arrival.

Day 8 Explore the red city Marrakech
After breakfast, start to visit the historic Marrakech. First the guide will accompany you to tour the Bahia Palace, one of the most magnificent palaces in Marrakech. It was built by Minister Ahmed bin Musa in the 19th century and named after his wife. Then we will come to the Badi Palace, a destroyed palace built by Ahmad al-Mansur of Saadian dynasty in the 16th century. Later, we will arrive at the famous square Jemaa el-Fna and visit its surrounding open-air markets which sell all kinds of handicrafts. Koutoubia Minaret, the iconic building of Marrakech, is our next stop. It is also the center and highest point of the old city of Marrakech. Today's sightseeing will end with a visit to the Majorelle Garden. It is a two-acre-large botanical garden and a holy land for artists in Marrakech. It took French Orientalist artist Jacques Majorelle nearly 40 years to create it, and in 1980 it became the residence of Yves Saint Laurent, a modern fashion leader. You will be escorted to the hotel after the tour.
