Hello, I will be visiting Hefei from this tuesday to thursday for 3 days. What is the best place to buy electonics or hobby parts ? I will be close to TianZhi Road, High and New tech. Development Area.

You'd better go to these department stores for electronic goods. In fact, Hefei doesn't have as many choice as these cities in south China.
