There is no direct bus could drive you to the railway station from Wuhan Airport. So, you'd better tale a taxi to reach there since your time is also urgently. The taxi to the railway station will take about one hour on the way and the fare is about 80RMB~100RMB.
Ps: the taxi driver will not use meter so you have to bargain a good price

Both of Shanghai and Guangzhou are ok for taking a domestc flight to Wuhan. BTW, at Shanghai Railway Station, you could also take a bullet train to arrive in Wuhan in 5~6hours.
