Chinese government now doesn't set up Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Somalia. Chinese embassy in Kenya can deal with the foreign ties between China and Somalia; between China and Kenya. Somalia's people can also apply for Chinese visa in Chinese embassy in Kenya if they want to go to China.
